Day 1 : Arrival in Cortina d'Ampezzo
Arrival and settle into your hotel.

Day 2 : Hike to Piè Tofana : Cortina balconies
Starting out from the Cortina “bowl,” you’ll make your way up
to an extraordinary viewpoint overlooking the future Olympic resort
of 2026!
The ascent winds mostly through forest, with a stop near Lake Po’Druscié where a refreshing break may be just what you need.
At the top, the panorama over Cortina is simply breathtaking-you’ll feel as if you can reach out and touch the Tofane massif.
From there, descend back into the valley.

Day 3 : Hike to The Little Lagazuoi
Starting from the opposite side
of the Cortina d’Ampezzo basin, the Lagazuoi peak and its hut
perched high above proudly overlook this part of the
Dolomites.
Access is easy thanks to the cable car, and the panorama from the
top is perhaps the most striking in the entire area.
The Little Lagazuoi (2,778 m) was fiercely contested during the Dolomite War. Austrian and Italian troops fought a relentless battle of mines, leaving behind a network of tunnels and fortifications carved into and across the mountain.
On the hike around the Little Lagazuoi and the Grand Lagazuoi, you’ll come across many remnants of that era. A narrow path, steep in places, leads up to a wide rocky terrace where the Chiesa bivouac once stood.

Day 4 : Hike the Locatelli and the Tre Cime circuit
This route begins just a short
distance from your hotel.
Some hikes leave memories that last a lifetime-the Tre Cime circuit
is undoubtedly one of them!
Hiking beneath the Tre Cime is an experience everyone should have at least once. You don’t just look at the mountains-here, it feels as though they’re looking down on you, towering with sheer majesty.
La Vie Sauvage takes you on a “close loop” around the massif, with the terrace of the Locatelli Hut offering the perfect spot for an unforgettable photo stop.
You’ll rarely be alone on these trails, so setting out early is the best way to enjoy this exceptional site to the fullest.

Day 5 : Hike the Cinque Torri
Another must-see in this beautiful corner of the Dolomites-already visible from the heights of Lagazuoi or even from Cortina itself-are the Cinque Torri. These five iconic towers, once the stage of fierce battles between Italian and Austro-Hungarian troops during the First World War (with trenches, barracks, and fortifications), are well worth a closer look.
We offer several route options to enrich your day here, including a stop at the stunning Lake Limides-a perfect spot for a refreshing and relaxing break.

Day 6 : Hike to Lago di Braies
Among the beautiful walks in the Dolomites, Lago di Braies is an absolute must! Very easy, this picturesque trail circles one of the most stunning lakes in the Dolomites. A true postcard-perfect setting, it offers plenty of opportunities for photography enthusiasts.
It’s an ideal excursion for your arrival or departure day, or for a day with less favorable weather.
