- Alto de Garajonay
Alto de Garajonay offers a pleasant hike to the highest point of the island, through a variety of landscapes. The trail passes traditional villages, lush laurel forests, and open meadows. Reaching the summit of Garajonay (1,487 m) rewards you with panoramic views of the entire island and, on clear days, the other Canary Islands. It’s a wonderful immersion in La Gomera’s nature and culture.

The trail is a spectacular descent through laurel forests and along the Cedro stream. This hike in La Gomera showcases the very best of Garajonay National Park: the tranquility of the forest, lush vegetation along the stream, views of Hermigua and the majestic Teide, and finishes at the island’s highest waterfall.
Day 8 : Ferry to Tenerife and return flight
Note: If flight or ferry schedules require, the ferry crossing to Tenerife may take place on Day 7, in which case the night will be spent in Tenerife in a hotel between the port and the airport
